“And we spoke of the things which Steve would endorse, and revile”

  • Religion
  • WWdN in Exile

It's one of those weeks where all my creative energy and time is going into projects that pay the bills, so posting here will remain light for at least the next few days, and probably a bit longer.

However, this post my friend Cherie wrote about the First Church of the Intergalactic Fruitbat Steve was so funny, I couldn't not link to it.

I’m scared to click on that because I’m at work. I will give it look see when I get home. BTW I watched your Family Guy episode on Hulu last night. Awesome.

Paying the bills is a good thing. Good luck with your projects! I have to go pay some bills myself, so like Zameda, I’ll check it out when I get back. The title alone made me LOL, so it should be worth the wait…

Thanks for that! Battitudes is classic! I especially like that for a parody religion it doesn’t come across as snarky, actually it’s pretty sweet (and promotes concientious driving habits)

Long time lurker, but your linking of that very funny article really warmed up my day and I finally had to say something. And gosh..don’t work TOO hard.

Call me old fashioned, but I still believe in one god.
    His name is Steve.
He sees you when your driving.
He knows when you’re a dick.

What is Steve’s stance on converting? I think I’d like to convert to Steveism.
Damn it. Professor caught me laughing. Had to make something up about a humorous typo in my notes.

*sings* And if you act like a raging douchebag, it’ll make Steve really sick!
    Sorry…couldn’t stop myself…XD

I wish all of my posts caused people to break into song.

Pastafarian, CeilingCat, and now Steve. I think this makes me the definition of polytheism. Heh.

You just happened to catch a person whose brain works really weird when she sees something that looks like it could be a song. The response popping into my head is what got me busted by my professor for laughing. XD

I checked, and the deacons of Steveism seem to think that Steve would be okay with a merger with the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, as both deities are similarly relaxed, groovy, and airborne.

    You better watch your mouth,

Hi, Wil Wheaton. This may not be about this situation your talking about here, but, I just found out about this website, I really like it. Because I really like your movies. I’ve seen alot, but most of them I forgot about. But I do remember Star Trek, and Stand By Me.
