Christmas Wishes from Steve Martin, and Me, Wil Wheaton

  • WWdN in Exile

Steve Martin has a Christmas wish to share with you:

(If you can't see Hulu videos, or just want the audio, YouTube has you covered. It's a Christmas miracle!)

And here's my holiday wish, which isn't nearly as funny, but is at least (if not more) sincere:

Whatever you choose to celebrate this time of year, I hope it's filled with all the stuff you like, none of the stuff you don't like, and that you're surrounded by people you love, because that's how I'm doing it, and it rules.

Happy and Merry, everyone.

Thanks Wil! You are one down to earth person. Be nice if more celebrities could follow in your footsteps. I told my family about your ‘Little Christmas’ that your family had a few years ago, and tonight we are adopting that idea for our own.
You are truly a nice guy, and look forward to 2010’s Wil blog:)
Nothing but the best to you and your family this holiday. Take it easy Wil:)

From a gift point of view, my fiance got me a PS3 and I helped pay for her to go visit her sister down in South Carolina (we live in Maryland). Even though we aren’t going to be together tomorrow since she will be down south, I got a PS3 and she got to see her little sister (which happens MAYBE once a year, if they are lucky.) It’s a great Christmas 🙂 Goddess bless!

I know you get thousands of these, but I wish you the best of the holiday season with all that good stuff and your wonderful family! Thanks for being so entertaining, so informative, and so REAL all at the same time. I wish more people in the public eye had the sense of responsibility you do! (…and that’s still with the understanding that you can be incrediblysnide and hilarious!) Merry merry and best of new years to you all…

Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas Wil. I look at you (well, ready you – you know what I mean) and think to myself – ‘if I was a little thinner, younger, more erudite, more in touch with my emotions and had a stronger sense of purpose, and then throw in the ability to communicate that all to others, well heck, I could be just like you!’
So you, my internet friend, are that *other* gift that keeps on giving all year round! Thanks again and Happy New Year too!

    Merry Christmas!!
I’ve edited your singing of the first verse of “O Tannenbaum” from your latest RFB and I think it turned out quite enjoyable.

I’ve never edited audio files before, so it’s probably not that good..
Anyway, have a great holiday season!

Merry Merry, indeed! Presently watching The Secret of NIMH. I think it’s safe to say that I didn’t even know who you were when this came out, much less imagine that I would be sending you holiday greetings 27 years later. I hope you and your lovely family are enjoying your time together.

Matthew 1:23 and Isaiah 7:14. I will remember you and your family at midnight mass tonight. The monks are still “the coolest people in the world”.

My holiday wish::::::: As I suffer with a 30 % heart valve function, and have suffered three heart attacks this year,Now wheelchair bound, My wish came true as I got to see my Grand Children’s smiling faces when they opened their gifts at Christmas. My Wish came true as I will spend this New Year with my 78 year old mother, my brothers, and my Sister. As this may be my last year to get together with the family as I await my heart transplant…This Holiday wish had come true. Family and Friends as it should always be. Bless you all, may your wishes come true, Hold on to those that mean so much, because their may not be a tomorrow for you to be together. BLESS you Wil and yours, may next year be a better year then this year ever was.
