I have no idea what the hell is going on here, but I think the caption says it all.
Thanks (I think) to Courtney, who sent this to me.

I’m not suprised at all, metalica have been steadily wussing out for the last 10 years or so. Next week they’ll be opening for Dream and Edens Crush.
I miss Cliff… He was awesome. Why did he have to die… He’s probably rolling in his grave with what james and lars are doing to his memory…

Scene the picture after the camera person walks away.
Lars: So me and motherfuckin’James Hatfield are here to explain copyright protection
    James: Ugh!
    Ricky: You mean like Napster?
James: FIRE BAD, er NAPSTER BAD!
Lars: Yeah BAD, man! so you better join us and RIAA on this or I will unless a fury of KICKASS on your BUTT!
Ricky: Sounds like fun, the butt part…
    Lars: Oh, *confused* ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
    James: FIRE BAD!
Lars: We have George Michael on our side..
    Ricky: Oh I am in!
    -end scene-
(yup, going to hell for this….)

I didn’t need to see the post about Metallica being at a Ricky Martin show to know who was a guest at where. My keen mind already picked up on the picture of Ricky Martin on the guest badge on Lars’ belt. It’s blurry, but you can tell.
After they proved my father right in all of our arguments about the music I used to listen to I have despised them. He always said it was bs and that I should be a good little Irish catholic boy and cut my hair, wear jeans without holes in them and get rid of the leather jacket and boots. He called me such loving things like “dirtbag” and “lowlife”. He told me it was all an act and therefore I was being an idiot for liking it. I dealt with it, because I believed it was more than a money grubbing scheme. Maybe it was a long time ago, but they sold out and sold their fans out to the RIAA. I may not be as rebellious as I used to be, but that was still a slap in the face. It was a very long time before I could listen to their older stuff without feeling angry at them. Can’t listen to the new stuff without feeling ill though.
To hell with them. I’m still wearing denim and leather and I don’t give a damn what they or my old man thinks about it anyway. To quote SOD: “It’s not how you wear your hair, it’s what’s inside your head.” Well, we can see what’s going on in their heads nowadays.

Don, narrow hips is right. Even though that’s supposed to be a biologically *masculine* attribute, on him it just looks *girly*! If I had this image on my hard drive, it would be called, “Three people I would never ever pay money to see.” (Sorry Ricky and Metallica fans, but I just wouldn’t.)
    Nacey.

    You’re welcome, Wil. ^_-
Heh, I thought you guys would enjoy(?) this one.
I’m still confused. I did figure out they were at Ricky’s concert because it looks like Lars is wearing a Ricky Martin backstage pass(?). That didn’t help my confusion, though.

Jeez, Nick, no need for flaming.
I also don’t think you have grounds for flaming since you have an AOL homepage.
For the record, I had my site up before I even saw Wil’s. And I know I’m not famous.

Why use eastern time if she’s on the west coast? DUH! If it’s too hard to calculate the time in your head, count on your fingers, son. Sheesh!

    DISCLAIMER:
Before I start, may I take this opportunity to declare, that I’m not the greatest Metallica fan, so, my sincerest apologies to their fans, whomever, you may be! And now onto the good stuff!
    Scary Movie Moment.
RICKY: “Dude, do I look gay in this shirt?”
Guy on the left: “Nah!……….Do I??”
Guy on the right (in an EXTREMELY effeminate voice): “Well, tug on my beard, I’ll tug you and we’ll soon find out!”
