The Guild Season Four – Episodes 1 and 2

  • WWdN in Exile

Season four of The Guild is underway.

Here's episode one:

<br/><a href="http://www.bing.com/videos/browse/originals/the-guild?videoId=9c194351-975c-4b54-9462-e85b3e87af8e&fg=sharenoembed" target="_new"title="Season 4 – Episode 1 – Epic Guilt">Video: Season 4 – Episode 1 – Epic Guilt</a>

And here is episode two:

<br/><a href="http://www.bing.com/videos/browse/originals/the-guild?videoId=d0fa6983-84d4-4ab0-9bbd-933e400be67b&fg=sharenoembed" target="_new"title="Episode 2: Strange Allies">Video: Episode 2: Strange Allies</a>

I wish I could say more about these, but I'm afraid all of my stories and memories are spoilers (or spoiler-adjacent), so I'll just say: I'm incredibly proud of the work we all did this season. Felicia wrote a fantastic script, and everyone in the cast and crew rose to the occasion. I think fans of The Guild are going to love Season Four.

Well, now I know what I’m going to watch when I get home from work! 🙂

You have one of my favorite quotes in episode 2, and is the reason why the link to e2 is

Wil, you did a great job last season, but this was really funny. Great lines…delivered well. The d*ck/popscicle quote almost made Mountain Dew come out of my nose and the fart/taco quote finished the job!

Is that hollywood style computer usage there, where you randomly tapping a few keys? Or are you actually doing something on the computer?

That line is all Felicia, man. She wrote it, and I just did my best not to screw it up.

Really have to stop watching this at work. The snorting/growly sound of suppressed laughter is too hard to explain.

Being that I’m completely delusional and unable to separate fiction from reality, I’m extremely disappointed in you Wil for one-night-standing Felica! She’s so darn adorable and sweet! When you are trapped inside this glowing video box, you are quite the un-nice person. You better go sit in the corner and think about what you did! No, not like that…I mean like..bah!
And your guild name is silly!

Nice work, crew & cast – The Guild FTW! ZOMG /cheer

Hahaha, right there with you. Especially as I’m one of the few geeks/nerds here. 😉

So is Fawkes an evil version of you because he’s using a PC instead of a Mac? 😉
Excellent episode, big props to Felcia for the writing and all of you for the performance.

ARGH, Felicia. Sorry. It’s too late in the working day and I only noticed after the time to edit had expired.

    lol @ “it was cute”
I actually turned red in the face and tears streamed down my face as I tried to hold in the laughter. That line was delivered perfectly!

I saw that she tweeted to you that it was her favorite line of the season.

Dammit, I love this so much! Your character is such a jerk!

  15. Christi says:
    20 July, 2010 at 12:20 pm

Ditto! I was laughing hysterically. Very well-executed.

  16. Frodonl says:

I absolutely love how this season has started!
Like others, I nearly choked at your line, Wil!
The best moment for me though, I must admit, was seeing my favourite actress appearing at the end of the episode.

Absolutely fantastic season so far and I can’t wait for more!! I couldn’t stop laughing at the taco line.

I loved both episodes. I can’t wait to see how Codex handles Fawkes blowing her off like that. Will she become a pathetic stalker(like Zaboo) or will she get even (more like Tink or Clara)? Or something I haven’t even thought of yet. Itching for more!!

I love this show, best show that I have seen in years! Go Team Knights of Good!

  20. ccobos says:

OMG so funny! The popsicle and the taco are the best lines! Fawkes is such a dick!

I really am loving season 4 so far. Felicia is so talented, coming up with the storylines, and the actors bring it to life perfectly.
Fawkes had just the right amount of comedy and arrogance in episode 2. Well done Mr. Wheaton. I can’t wait for next weeks installment now.

Great job to everyone, sesaon 4 is off to a great start. The taco line was very funny. Fawkes is such a jerk but I so want him. Looking forward to next weeks show.

Bring it to 521 Spring St. at 8PM .. *hangs up*
I almost lost my water. That was hilarious. Nice dress, go die it in.

Is it bad that I’ve been staying up until midnight so I can watch these when they come out?

Who’s kilt are you wearing in The Guild? Utilikilt? Alt.Kilt?

  28. Wil says:
    28 July, 2010 at 11:48 am

It's a Sportkilt. Everyone at Sportkilt was super awesome when we talked to them about Fawkes' wardrobe, and I encourage anyone who is shopping for a kilt to get it from them.
