You know if someone said to me “What actor do you think is the #1 Chucker, Chuck Leader, of all time?” I’d have definitely said “Oh, Wil Wheaton, no doubt.”

you are a witty, witty man, mr.wilwheaton, but while you have lonely single virtual yellow chuck taylor, i have a pair of hot rod flame chucks.
well, i have to compensate somehow.

  30. amancay says:
    9 September, 2002 at 4:09 pm

the name game… very funny, ‘specially with “Chuck”
As for the shoes! You looked great in them on Stand By Me (one of my fave dvds). I’ve got a good 5 pairs myself: purple, blue, black, green, plaid!

  31. T says:
    9 September, 2002 at 4:11 pm

Hey Wil, you’re the chuck-king! Do you wear Chucks in your everyday life or is it just something that suited your movie-feet when you were a boy?
I still have a pair of plaid chucks under my bed somewhere.

  32. jodilyn says:
    9 September, 2002 at 4:12 pm

so do you actually get a pair of gold dipped chuck taylor’s to put on your mantle? Cause that would be a nice conversational peice.

  33. Courtney says:

    hahaha.
Wil, did you see the picture I took of Ben’s, yours and my feet all sporting the Cons?

    double heh.

  34. Sally says:

Nothing like a good pair of Chucks to get you goin’. Except now I’m having flashbacks of wearing a red one and a striped one, or a black check one with a yellow one. I had 6 pairs. I think my favorite “switch” combination was a pink one and a black one. Very 1987. Now I sadly only have one pair. *tear*

What a truly strange site. All the better for it!
We dont really have these trainers (sneakers) in the UK so i am occupying all the rooms in Hotel Confusion. I’m sure they take up some warm place in your hearts/culture etc. I really have just made the worlds most pointless post… Im going to bed.
PS hurry with the Vega$ stories and make pants (trousers) involved somewhere to have a whole page of near continuity and so that we can all laugh at the word pants (underwear)…again
    Pants, pants pants!
Ok, now im definitely going to bed…

  36. Elkay says:

Ya’ know what me and my friend did in 1984? She bought a pair of aqua Chucks and I had a pair of Pink Chucks. Then I gave her my LEFT on and she gave me her LEFT one and we had mismatched Chucks. Then we each tied a matching bandanna around our leg. Boy were we stylin’ I’ll tell you what…

  37. matt says:

Way to excel in yet -another- area, Wil!
