    Kind of difficult to take “normal” photos in those photo booths, eh? The upper right one is rather intriguing. Looks like you were trying to see the wee little elf behind the camera lens. :^)
    Have a nice weekend everyone!

    1. Wil notices his iBook is messed up, and freaks.
    2. Having calmed down, Wil looks around to see if he can fix it.
    3. Unable to save his beloved iBook, Wil gives it the double bird.
    4. After all hope is lost, Wil summons the Witch King of Angmar to deal the final blow to his iBook. Black rider arrives, listening to power metal on his bad ass flying worm dragon-thingy stereo system.
    Yeah, not as good as the whole Knerd Rider thing, but hey, I tried. Ha ha ha.

    1) In the top right picture you look like Marc Hoppus from Blink 182 as stated by Flavor. It freaks me out, seriously. Cause there’s a photo of Marc Hoppus w/ that exact same pose and expression. o.O
    2) You freaking rule hardcore.
    3) There is no 3 just as there is no spoon.

    You would make a really good creepy guy in a film Wil! That top-right picture says excellent bad/creepy guy all over it.
    Kind of reminds me of Robin Williams and Harry Connick Jr. when they played excellent creepy guys in films because it was such a departure from their expected roles.

  9. CJ says:

    Is it just me, or does the shot in the upper right actually look like that dude they got to play the “old” Wesley in that TNG episode where Riker gets Q powers and ages Wes up a bit?
    Okay, it’s just me.

    The upper right picture definately has “crazed-psycho” written all over it. It would be a perfect look to raise the creep factor in any movie or TV show. I love it!

    It’s like “One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish”, except for good or for awesome.
    By the way, you might already know but look at what I found on Rum and Monkey:
    “Forum Pictures Thread Dominated By Some Girl
    Nov 27th, 2003 – 04:23
    Houston, TX — Popular satirical website Grump and Chunder today announced its disapproval of this one girl who dominated the picture thread on its discussion forum. ‘Okay,’ spokeslank Rudolf Weschenmeller announced, ‘you enjoy taking pictures. We can see that. Now can you please get yourself a photolog or something and let someone else have a go?’
    The motion was seconded by some guy who likes to post gay porn, a Republican know-it-all with a crew cut and TV’s Wil Wheaton.”

    Were they photos totally spontaneous? If so, no wonder you’re an actor. Actually, the lower left really doesn’t show much imagination. Does every guy have to do that in a photo booth? I vote for the upper right as the most intriguing. What is he thinking, what will he do next? Is there a knife in his hand?

  30. hammiepie says:
    20 December, 2003 at 9:57 am

    you do almost resemble your december co-star brian krause in the upper left one, have you concidered doing a guest spot on charmed? you would make an excelent demon or warlock. and since balthazar getty joined the cast it would be like a little december reunion. 🙂 i will go suggest it to the WB. You Rock!

    I’m glad I’m not the only one to think “Shatner” when I saw the top right pic.

  35. Elyse says:

    Hot stuff, Wil! ;-D Looks like you had fun with it.
    Glad to know I’m not the only one who acts like a dork in those things. That’s what they were made for, right?!

  37. loren says:

    The photo will go in the stack with all the other fun times photo booth shots. No eBay for that bad boy. Oh, and you all have it backwards… Mark looks like Wil, not the other way around. Duh. I’d post his photo booth shot to prove it, but he’d probably sue me or something.

  38. WebNuT! says:
    20 December, 2003 at 6:44 pm

    Well, all I can say Loren, is that I am glad it is YOUR photo booth. If I had pictures of Wil like that floating around my house, I think I would have a lot of trouble sleeping at night. I mean, yea Wil is a cool guy right? But…You know, it’s those quiet ones that you gotta worry about. ;}
    I still don’t see the “Shatner” resemblence there though. Guess I just don’t have the imaginative eye…
    Upper left looks like Wil doing an audition for “Home Alone 10; The Wet Bandits Strike Back”, or it’s his reaction when the realization that he was turning 30 hit him for the first time…
    Lower left is simply Wil’s personalized message to the asshat trolls that like to run around here. Actions speak louder than words ya know :}
    The upper right makes me think Wil is really a psychotic axe murderer when he’s not writing or blogging…either that or someone just stole his last bottle of Guiness…
    Lower right is…well, that’s just Wil being Wil ;}

  39. Jen says:

    Okay, this is fast becoming one of the most iconed photos on LiveJournal. Or at least the sections of it I haunt, anyway.
    …And, of course, I am no exception. ;-D

    am I going bonkers, or does upper right remind anyone else of John DeLancie? And no, I’m not that much of a Trek geek (anymore)…just sort of popped out at me.
    Of course, this comes from someone who looks like the illegitimate love child of Kevin Spacey and Edward Norton…

    The Shatner resemblance is based on upper-right pic and it just reminds me of some of the ‘freak-out’ episodes of the original series. There were a handful of shows (I’m not near geek enough to know plots or names) that had scenes where characters would wig out, and they were frequently shot with fis-eye lenses (or whatever they’re called) and the like. I just remember a shot of Shatner like the upper-right pic.

    Not a single comment about Saddam Hussein’s capture… What’s up with that?

    The first pix looks like when “Wesley” discovered half of fandom wanted to kill him; the second looks like a shot from the twenties; and just *where* have I seen the third before? 🙂 [Just *everybody* does one like that Wil, but at least I recognize the face behind the fingers!] And the last one just “rocks” man! Thanks for sharing these with your fans.
    Signed:
    The guy who “didn’t” want to kill off Wesley…

    Man, I’ve been away too long. When did you put the comments back in?! lol
    I love the pic, Wil. It’s Hotlinked now.
    Nice pic of you and the missus at the Mendenhall Glacier. She’s a hottie alright.
    Btw, is your book sold out or are there still copies available?

  50. Porfyria says:

    ‘Amelie’ would probably be a very different film if Wil’s picture had been one in the scrapbook of photobooth pictures.
    Great pix, made me laugh out loud.
