I have become disenchanted with the license issues over at Text America. I’m sure they’re really good guys and all, but I sort of want to hold on to the commercial rights for my images, so starting today, I’m moving my camera blog (for fuck’s sake, does everything have to be called a “something blog?”) from there over to Buzznet. They have, among other things, a really nifty Creative Commons license generator, and I think that’s just swell.
Thanks to exciting script technology, the space immediately beneath will forever hold the four most recent images in my Buzznet Gallery. You must have Javascript enabled to see the fun.

VERY glad you’ve decided to use Buzznet!
Very cool pics. I like the bus or subway photo. The pic of you at the table is cool too. You almost look like you should be on celebrity Poker.
Hey, Wil. Do you think that you could perhaps put the nsfw links in a different color so that one doesn’t accidentally go to the Asia Carerra site at work? Safari doesn’t have the capability to list the web addy when you mouse over the link, and I hate to have to use that other browser that’s installed in my Powerbook.

It seems to me that EULA are becoming more overbearing and indecipherable to mere mortals. Does anyone actually read them? I guess Wil does…
To Alisha – in Safari’s View menu, enable the Status Bar to see link addresses at bottom of the window.
Thanks, Hank!
The Textamerica terms say that they (Textamerica.com) can use, sell, or share any information you provide including name, email, images, and text.
Um … yeah. I don’t think so.
Hey Wil – why not just host the site yourself, using MT? You’ve already got it all in place – it’s just a matter of setting up the new blog.
I’m using MT to maintain http://staticred.net/photoredux/

I’ve been keeping my galleries done on my own site and host, but it’s a lot of work, and hence, less pictures. I wish there was a good solution that would integrate into my site to do what it looks like now.
Wil,
I hope you like our site. Thanks for using Buzznet. Keep it real. – mb
