42. Most of my male buddies have called themselves “Trekkies” for as long as I can remember. And “back then” I always claimed to be one of them, although it was a well-known secret that I wasn’t. I was just a *huge* Wil Wheaton fan and frankly, Wesley was my only reason for caring about that show, I admit.
    A few days ago I saw one of those old Star Trek episodes again and, though I enjoy my (almost) daily visits on your site and your writing talent immensly, I found myself thinking “Gee, I’d really love to see him acting again.”

    I auditioned for a bit part in that Anonymous Rex MOW here in Toronto. Didn’t get beyond the first callback, but it helped me believe that the drought in this city may finally be ending. (ok, getting off topic, I stop now)
