keep your pants on

If you’re as big a fan of Homestarrunner as I am, you’re anxiously awaiting Strong Bad E-mail number 100.
Yesterday at TotalFark (the best 5 bucks you’ll spend in any month), I found the Not The 100th Email.
UPDATE: Mars pointed out that The Real ahundred e-mail was just released.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it Totally Awesome.
Check it out, then celebrate with a Kick The Cheat The Cheat plush toy.

homestarrunner is great stuff. last semester they visited our [Florida State’s] campus and did a presentation with some exclusive stuff. matt’s a graduate of FSU, s’why. they did some neat stuff with the foamstar puppet around campus.
one of the best lines from the event: “homestarrunner is like a japanese school girl with fifty more speech impediments.” the origin of the voice comes from matt doing “so big!/so small!” maximize and minimize sounds for his brother’s computer as a japanese school girl.

Well, and I thought I was the ONLY one who loved that place!! It’s a very very nice distraction from mean ass ballet teachers. 🙂 And other annoyances.

Hey! You’re going to talk to one of my local radio guys today, Bob Rivers. I could kick myself that I had to go to work before hearing your spot. Its because of Bob that I started reading your blog 2 years ago or something like that. If I didnt have to be at work I’d be calling in right now to take the opportunity to tell you how much I love your blog! 😉

Another keen website for you to peruse: http://www.animusic.com
Geek music – computer animated instruments play computer music – and some of it looks SO REAL it’s hard to believe it’s fake.
Maybe there should just be a comment thread where everyone puts up their favorite cool websites to share.

I’m a big fan of the homestarrunner and over the last few weeks I’ve had the feeling something big is coming. The last few emails have been very abbreviated. That trend usually gets reserved for new full fledged cartoons or features(games).

Ummm, you know, I didn’t realize when I posted the link, that the current clip on the site is probably one of the more.. well almost vulgar I suppose, clips. You might want to start with some of the older clips. He really is quite amusing, I promise. The sitcom clip that’s on the front page is funny though, it’s just a bit.. well R rated at least. Just so you know.

My husband and my daughter (who is 3 1/2 years old) sing Strong Bad’s various songs around the house. At first, I tried not to like Strong Bad, but I couldn’t keep my true feelings away. Hey, Wil, I heard you’re the guy. Well, I wanna be the guy too.
