50,000 Monkeys at 50,000 Typewriters Can't Be Wrong

mv wil /home /SanFrancisco/techTV/

Hey you guys!
(Was it Sloth, or Electric Company? I quote, you decide.)
I’m going to San Francisco tomorrow morning to tape an episode of Call For Help, and also to appear on The Screen Savers. TSS will be live, CFH will air at some undisclosed time in the Mysterious Future.
So if you’re interested in seeing my double chin in all its glory, check your local listings and do your thing.
I will probably take lots of cameraphone pictures, and maybe an audioblog or two while I’m up there, too.

The Electric Company! My favorite part of that show was “The Adventures of Letterman” who always happened to have the correct letter on his chest with which to save the day.
I just saw Goonies for the first time last year when I was attempting to watch Sean Astin’s filmography. I know, I have been under a rock for a long time! I really liked Goonies, but I don’t own it yet.

    Grover. No doubt about it.
Wil, I think you’d enjoy this Neal Stephenson interview over on Salon:
    http://www.salon.com/books/int/2004/04/21/stephenson/index.html
On the last page he talks about the writing process and it sounds like some of the things you have talked about. Plus, it is just a cool interview. Cheers.

I used to LOVE Rita Moreno when I was a kid. Then I saw The Postman Always Rings Twice with Jack Nicholson. The scene at the end of the movie where Rita, playing a hooker, “helps” Jack get, well, you know. Totally blew my mind./lying in fetal position sucking thumb

So, having recently seen Toy Soldiers and Deep Core, it was sort of refreshing to see you not dying a horrible death.
What double chin? Don’t be silly.

I vote Sloth! Love Goonies. I know I watched Electric Company growing up but I don’t remember any of it.
FYI – Finally got to picking up Dancing Barefoot. Loved reading it! I enjoy the site but didn’t realize how moved I would be with the stories. Very descriptive.
