About 60 Just A Geeks went out in this morning’s mail, so if you participated in the WWdN Fundraiser, start checking your mailbox in about four days.
To everyone who has been patient and understanding while your orders got pushed back two full weeks while I was sleeping, thank you 🙂
I think I will be able to fill all but about five of the orders that came in, based on the stock I have on hand, which is pretty cool.

Wil – you are a trooper!
But, ummm, shouldn’t you be resting?
Get well.
That’s lovely (because I’d rather read your book than the 35 other ones sitting on my coffeetable) but like Nyarl said…are you well enough yet to be doing things like going out of doors? Don’t overdo!
WOW! I’m impressed that you’re getting these orders filled.
You’ve got a regular Kathy Lee factory happening over there, I think.
I’m glad you are feeling better. Thanks for posting on flickr! Hope you post more soon.
Hey Wil,
If you want to give my book to one of the four orders you cant make, then push me back until you get another few books in, I dont mind. (I probably wont be able to read it until august anyway cos of work)
Is it ok for you to send it to ireland? if its any problem or a lot of extra hassle for you, dont worry bout sending the book, the donation for the vet bills was the reason I gave it
really.
Glad you’re feeling better but bummed that I missed the chance to get a signed copy of this book! Just A Geek is an awesome, awesome read. The last time that I can remember a book being able to stir up that kind of emotion in me was after reading Lucky Man (Michael J. Fox). Just amazing.
Glad you are feeling a bit better Wil. Knowing your passion for privacy issues I thought you might like to check out the following:

I was so mad when I came here and read that I was already to late on getting a signed book =/
Just wanted to say, glad you’re better. Been reading your site, it’s very cool. I linked it to my blog (www.fairmoon.tblog.com) just wanted to let you know.
Feel better soon.

I would have loved to have seen the look on the postal clerk’s face when confronted with 60 different shipments…
Really glad you are feeling better. I am soooooo excited to get my signed copy!!
I’m a relatively new reader. Look forward to seeing what’s to come.
Good luck.
I got my copy in the mail today and I wanted to say thank you. And I was perfectly happy waiting for you to get better before you sent it (I’m just glad it arrived before I left town.) You have to take care of yourself first and foremost. That’s the human thing to do.
And so, of course, I also endorse your changes in life perspective and priorities on which you are about to embark, (as if you needed my approval.) It is exactly right for you to do what you need to do to maintain balance in the world. We should all remember as often as possible that we must first make sure we are right with ourselves before we attempt to do what pleases others. We often find that pleasing ourselves is exactly what is needed to please the majority of those that need us. And anyone else would probably not be please with anything we could do.

Wil,
Please tell me your secret to writing. I have been trying for years to find somewhere in my brain the ability to write. I love to write, but when I start, it is about three sentences and then the brain farts begin.
Is there a time of day you like to write? Right after breakfast? Afternoon? What inspires you?
Please help! I am tired of writing boring crap.
Thanks,
Peanuts1
