i’m on slice of sci-fi number forty-three

Last week, I spoke with Michael and Evo for their Slice of Sci-Fi podcast. Our interview is around twenty minutes or so, I guess, and is included in Episode #43.

I dig their podcast, and I especially dig how they’ve built the website for Slice of Sci-Fi. I think I’m going to steal take a lot of inspiration from their design when I make Radio Free Burrito a real, once-a-week, I’m-serious-about-this-after-all podcast.

    Damn you, Wil Wheaton!
I lost my broadband connection about a month ago and have been stuck on dial up ever since.
Do you realize how painfully annoying slooooowwwww it is to try to listen to a podcast on shitty dial up?

w00t! Another chance to hear Wil. I’m so there. BTW, that is a very handsome picture of you Mr. Wheaton.
And at the risk of sounding like a rabid fan-girl, I long for the time when RFB is a weekly thing. 🙂

I have to sneak into work and listen on their DSL until I can get a new computer and broadband at home.
Oh and by the way, Futurama had an episode last night with the original creator of D&D. And he kept rolling his dice. And lending his plus 1 mace to characters and Al Gore was on there too. When they sat down to play D&D, Gore says “Cool, I’m a tenth level President!”

This is the second to last post I made at WWdN:in Exile. I’m copying it here for completion’s sake. In 2001, blogs were very new things. In fact, as much more time was […]

This weekend, after way, way too many years in exile, I’m finally returning home. Wow. Typing that made me feel all the feels. I wasn't expecting that.
