(who was like two seats over) and she hugged me and like danced with me and then laughed at me. I had that feeling afterward like you have when you’ve just hung out with your best friends for a few hours. Like a warm hug. Dreams, man….

Okay, the innuendos are cute, but…a husband and wife using Twitter to communicate back and forth from opposite ends of the house? Something about that just screams “overkill,” like using the USS Voyager for a shopping trip to Walmart.
Back before texting and Twitter even existed, some friends of mine used to sit in bed with their laptop PCs and email each other. They had entire conversations via email, sitting right next to each other. I have no doubt that many of their email conversations led to, um, a deeper exploration of the issues.
