Four years ago, I recorded and released narrations of short material that I pulled from the public domain. I did my best to release one a week, as an experiment. […]
Last Spring, I entered into a pact with the local squirrels: I would give them peanuts and treats from my kitchen, and they would leave my garden alone. As the […]

Fun!
You are great, always.
I don’t even like punk but this was amazing
Oh, that was good, enjoyed it so much. And you seem to have had a blast doing this!
I second this comment!
If that performance is any indication, you could totally front a punk band. Loved it.
Can’t express how much I loved this!!
I don’t know anything about Punk but I wasn’t surprised that your voice was good. It’s distinctive and deep and you have a preferred voice for audio books so I don’t know why you were anxious about singing.
Very respectable! Your intonation is excellent and you’re totally on. I can imagine how tough this was for you– I used to sing professionally, though not punk– and recording is harder than singing live! You were brave to do it and even braver to let us hear. Thanks!
Wil, I enjoyed that immensely, and the cat was so into your performance that he kept pausing the video as he tried to headbutt you.
I only check in a couple times a year here, and I have never commented, but I gotta say: that was great! I’m a not-great singer who loves to sing. In my case, it’s not just my brain but actual other people who’ve told me that I’m a bit of a Florence Foster Jenkins. Heck ’em. Bravo and well done, Wil!
