How… how… I didn’t know you could do half of that. I suspect shopping! Until the next time I get a chance to play GTA, and I’m driving into the Cerenkov.

    “Cigarette?”
    “Yes, it is.”
Ah, the classics… And thank you, Wil. I’ve passed my warped sense of humor on to my daughter (now 23), and she loves it too!

Sure and I haven’t laughed that much since Granny’s wheelchair went over the cliff.
I needed that, cheers Wil! 😀

It’s sorely missing the locker room sequence… but it’ll do. 😉

“The Grand Theft Auto murder simulator simulates a movie that a future murderer acted in,” says Jack Thompson from his cell at Arkham Asylum. (For some reason I’m imagining Batman got him.)

That is awesome! It’s a crunchy shell of awesome on the outside, with a creamy awesome center!

    @ Magic Al
    That really made me laugh!

You Twittered a few days ago that you enjoyed the 4e DMG. (I follow you as Abashima there.)
My wife who edited the first six or seven chapters (I forget) of the DMG and when I shared what you said it made her smile. 🙂
I tried emailing you this but your server kept refusing to connect with gmail, so I thought I’d try this medium.
Anyhoo, thanks for making my wife smile–she, like everyone, worked hard on the 4e books and it was a very nice compliment.

Hahaha…that’s awesome! I’ll have to get my roommate to see if he can do some of that, especially the bit in the skate park.

    Three comments:
    1) Hilarious parody on GTA. Thanks for posting.
    2) Although I’m sure you were aware, AMC aired an annotated version of “Stand By Me” this evening. I had not seen the film in years, and was impressed at how well it still holds up. Seeing it again was a real pleasure.
    3) Finally, a group of friends and I are about to release an annual music compilation CD called “Tunes For Reading Comics” to coincide with the summer con season. We’ve been at this project for about five years now, and each edition becomes more and more involved on a creative level.
Let me know if you’d like a copy by emailing me at “[email protected]” so I can send it to a (snail mail) address of your choosing.
The release is limited to just over 100 so they are limited in number, but as a longtime reader of the blog, I thought I’d extend you the offer.
    Regards,
    CHV

Great video….that show is on my top 10 of all time list.
But as a fan, I must point out that this clip should technically be called “Police Squad – GTA IV style”
Favorite character – The shoe shoe shine guy. (Dilbert’s garbage man is SO ripped off from him 🙂
Favorite quote – Guy asks shoe shine guy what he knows about life after death…answers with another question:
“Are you talking existential being or anthropomorphic deity?”

This ST:TNG rap may be a hundred years old (in internet years) and I just missed it, but it is seriously funny. Also seriously NSFW.
