50,000 Monkeys at 50,000 Typewriters Can't Be Wrong

I’m doing actual writing today, so here’s a picture of Marlowe.

While I was out for a run day before yesterday, I finally broke the story I’ve been wanting to write for ages. So now that the hard part is finished, all I have to do is write it all down.

I am not aware if you ever mentioned this any where you are present online, so I just wanted to ask if you knew Jonathan Frakes wrote a Sci Fi book in 1996 called The Abductors: Conspiracy. Any comments?

Well good for you. I’m sitting wondering where my story should go next. Do you think you’ll ever write a post on your writing process.

    Congrats!

Oddly, my RSS reader didn’t bring up the picture of Marlowe, but it did bring up the headshot-like image that is somehow associated with this site. Apparently, Marlowe had grown one heck of a beard.

I had the same issue, so I clicked on over here to get my dog fix 🙂

I’m also subbed to Wil’s Tumblr feed, where he links to every blog post — even more weirdly, while the blog link showed Wil’s headshot, the Tumblr link showed a skyscraper… o.O

I’ve always maintained the hardest thing about finishing a story is starting it.

I’ve been looking for some places to run in the area. Suggestions?

Also congrats on starting! Big steps 🙂 hope we can all read it soon

I don’t think the hard part is ever over. There’s no hard part really, it’s just a hard whole. Then again, I love hard wholes. Ew bad pun.

I’ve heard it said that people and their dogs start to look alike over time. Case in point right here. Marlowe REALLY looks like you, that a good looking dog 🙂

Marlowe looks like the ideal writing companion! My two dogs, J.J. and Eddie, help me write by sleeping on my feet (and, occasionally, the keyboard…I take help where I can get it).

    Hello Mr. Wheaton,
I was wondering since like myself you are a pit bull owner and advocate if you could help me with my petition to end BSL in Kentucky.

    http://www.thepetitionsite.com/154/445/446/help-stop-breed-descrimination-in-kentucky-and-put-an-end-to-bsl/?taf_id=16557555&cid=fb_na#

Thank you so much for your time.

Apropos of nothing, I really like the new website theme. It’s fun to mouse over the graphics to make stuff zoom in and out, particularly the dogs and Wil’s beard. Big beard. Little beard. Big beard. Little beard.

    I suppose I’m easily amused.

Odd — Marlowe shows up on the website but feedly shows your headshot instead.

    Hey Wil,
I feel extremely privileged to meet your dog. I have a 75 lb mutt named Cupid. I hate to meet you and immediately ask for a favor, but…. Could you please share some advice on what is the best way to become a proofreader? Thank you in advance for any time and effort you may spend helping me.
    Sincerely,
    Laura Berry
