Arrrr!! Today be talk like a pirate day, matey! Arr!
To properly shiver me timbers, I’ll be talkin’ (not like a pirate, arr) with me good bucko Chase Masterson on her radio show at TheFandom.com later today. The show streams on The Internets, starting at 4:00 PDT. Their archives are full of buried treasure, dontcha know, so ye should set yer sights on them, if ya dare. Arrr!

I’m not sure why you would choose to participate in this… I mean, everyone knows that any pirate’s favourite ST character is going to be Lt. Tasha Yaaaar!

Some places take Talk Like a Pirate Day pretty seriously … like this library in Indiana:
    http://ppl.lib.in.us/
Catch it today though, it’ll probably be back to normal tomorrow.

Arrr, just doing me part to prevent global warming(per the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster). Between the pirates, beer volcanos and the stripper factory it might be time for a conversion.

Funny how Wil often uses a line from a song in the blog titles….or am I the only one catching this?
A Free Ice Cream cone goes to whomever can “name that 80’s tune” Hurry, supplies are limited and the ice cream is melting.

Back in the days when I went to wild keggers and found I didn’t know anyone but the people I arrived with, I used to talk like a pirate as an icebreaker, and insist that everyone with me do the same. Weird, I know… but it was a great way to meet people!!

I had such great plans for a TLAP-day post, and then shiver me timbers, I just forgot! I ended up posting a stupid meme and a picture of my even stupider cat! Arrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Wouldn’t a pirate be more inclined to say something like:
“Hey, man. Have you got the Incredibles on DVD yet?”
“Are you stupid man, I burned that before it was on at the movies.”
OK, it’s a lame example, but you get my drift.
    Enjoy the day.

Hey! Good show on theFandom.com yesterday! You sounded much better in person than the comments about you on the net. =) Glad to see you have moved on from TNG and essentially “into your own”! Life’s a Trek anyway, right?

“Was the song used in the title, Mexican Radio by Wall of Voodoo?”
Hey, I was going to ask that! And, by a stunning coincidence, my name is also Eric!
Great song to use, though. “I wish I was in Tijuana, eating barbecued iguana…”
